In 1968 Dick Clark began his water treatment career with Diversy-Mogul Corporation. He started out by distributing water softening salt to local Kansas City customers and expanded his business in 1992!
In 1992 Clark founded his own company and brought his daughter on to handle operations, warehousing, and salt sales for Clark Enterprises. She also added ice melt products to the company’s offering in order to help customers treat their sidewalks and parking lots during the winter months. However, this was just the beginning of Clark Enterprises’s expansion! Over the years Clark’s grown into a water treatment powerhouse for a variety of customers in the industrial and commercial markets.
In December 2008, Melissa Clark purchased the salt division of Clark enterprises to form CE Distribution. In November 2018, Davis Clark, nephew to Melissa and grandson to Dick Clark, began his career with the company in product development and sales!
